# Summary tables

## Prerequisites

To generate a summary table, the following steps must be completed:

* [Annotation attributes](/docs/getting-started/inclusion-process/define-annotation-attributes.md) for each relevant characteristics must be defined.
* Included documents must be annotated during the review process.

To access the "Summary tables" section navigate to the "Synthesis" dropdown menu of your collection and select "Summary tables".
